This annual event provides residents the opportunity to bring items for reuse or recycling to the City Hall parking lot. Participating organizations are on hand to collect these items. Middle and high school students are encouraged to receive volunteer hours by helping operate the event. As part of Allen Recycles Day, KAB holds a Recycled Art Contest for Allen ISD students, grades K-12. Winners are recognized at a City Council meeting.
