Welcome to The Allen ISD Council of PTAs!

Allen ISD Council of PTAs was chartered on July 14, 1989.  We are proud to be backing the future of every Allen ISD Student for the past 36 years!

This website provides information, inspiration, supportive guidance and instruction. We are here to strengthen Local PTAs, develop leadership potential and promote PTA membership. In order to accomplish this, the Allen Council of PTAs has created goals that will allow us to stay focused on our purpose. Following are our Goals as a Council:

• Promote, encourage and recognize increases in Local PTA Membership growth
• Interpreting legislative issues in a user-friendly way for Locals
• Reach out to already established community programs and partner with them to spread awareness about the importance of the Allen Council of PTAs
• Provide leadership training and develop future PTA Leaders
• Improve communication and build strong relationships between Council and Locals
• Improve our Council branding
• Give local PTA leaders opportunities to discuss and share best practices and challenges
• Role model effective organizational procedures and practices for Local PTA Leaders
